This includes those who have never even considered marketing or business offline in the past. The concept is that you promote products or services by others and if a purchase or a desired action is taken then you receive a commission. A common starting point is with Clickbank who offer a huge number of digital products you can promote. The fact that they are digital means you can get a large percentage of the sale cost as your commission which brings a lot of affiliates on board.

 

E-commerce: E- commerce commonly known as electronic commerce.  E-commerce consists of the buying and selling of products or services over electronic systems such as the Internet and other computer networks. The amount of trade conducted electronically has grown extraordinarily with widespread Internet usage. The use of commerce is conducted in this way, spurring and drawing on innovations in electronic funds transfer, supply chain management, Internet marketing, online transaction processing, electronic data interchange (EDI), inventory management systems, and automated data collection systems. electronic commerce typically uses the World wide web.


E-commers are basically divided in three categories= i)B2B, ii)B2C and iii)C2C.

i) Business to business transaction (B2B) is often referred as "a company that provides goods or services to another company".

ii) B2C is known as business to consumer, it is also referred as a transaction between a company and a consumer or we can say "a company that provides goods and services to consumer".

iii) Consumer to consumer (c2c) is a process by which a consumer can interact with other consumer through online process.
