Severe anxiety disorder is a mental illness created by fear, to understand it is to successfully CURE it. This is what you feel when you have an anxiety attack. So if you have control over your brain or mind, you are able to say to your self " hey what is going on, there is no situation, so you then can calm your self down". How this is done is by knowing how to switch the brain wave from the middle, back to the front where they should be. Piece of cake if you know how. Something I do want to let you in on, the emotion, and physical trauma you experience from severe anxiety disorder is no different then the feelings of a professional athlete, only there is a reason they feel that way and that is because they are working out .Because you experience this when your just standing still is why you fear it, and believe me it is easy to stop the fear. I DO NOT want to put extra fear into your life at this point but, if you ignore severe anxiety disorder the physical symptoms WILL be just the beginning. All most definitely not long after you will start to experience mental disorders. A very short list of mental disorders caused through long episodes of anxiety.
