Gluten is recognized to be one of the hardest food types to breakdown. You dont want too much of it inside your digestive system if you dont want to be burdened with an ever-present fat problem. Since there is a lot of food products which can supply you with the nutrients that come from gluten-based foods, this should certainly be not a problem. So, your lose-weight-fast-thinking self would truly be joyful. 3. Take it easy on the booze. Alcohol consumption has been established to be one of the fastest ways to store up fat in your body. There is a reason, after all, why theres something called a beer belly. Unhealthy alcohol consumption would negate all the wonderful weight loss effects of every fast diet program or regimen in the world. Boozing all the time means that the other stored fat in your body would not be deemed important enough to be included in the to-be-burned program of your body. Acetate from alcohol is prioritized by your bodys metabolism. This means that going on a fast diet to burn belly fat would just be put to waste.
